Erin Castile - lmsw, caadc, Certified Human design reader

Do you know who you really are? It’s a question that I struggled with for a long time. I knew what I liked, what roles I played, and what I wanted to step into, but beyond that, who was I really? This question sparked in me a deep need for discovery—a quest that was not only therapeutic but also physical, challenging, and deeply confronting.

I’ve always been drawn to therapy—not just because of the work I do, but because of the transformative experience of being in a space where I can take off my mask, show up as I truly am, and explore what’s weighing on my heart. I’ve learned that while we all have unique experiences that shape us, our emotions speak the same language. We all hurt. And in that shared vulnerability, we find connection and healing.

My journey took a profound turn when I discovered Human Design. It gave me the language to understand why I hurt the way I did, why I felt different, why I played small, and why I often felt discomfort. Learning how to read and interpret my own chart was like finally receiving the answers I’d been searching for. It became clear to me that Human Design was the missing piece in my work as a therapist. It allows me to guide you back to your truest self—empowering you to take the driver’s seat in your own life.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and Certified Human Design Reader, I combine traditional therapeutic tools with the incredible insights of Human Design. Together, we’ll explore a personalized map of your energy and discover how to express your natural gifts at their highest potential. Human Design provides a strategy for how to best navigate your life and shows you how to honor your unique way of being, living, and making decisions.

What excites me the most about Human Design is how it empowers us to understand not just ourselves, but others. When we look at the charts of the people in our lives—family members, friends, colleagues—we begin to see them with more compassion and understanding. The same principles that help us thrive can transform the way we relate to others, deepening our connections and creating harmony in our relationships.

My purpose as your therapist is to hold a space for you to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll dive deep into your emotional body, your mind, and your spirit to understand why you hold the beliefs you do, and what might be blocking you from becoming the fullest, most authentic version of yourself. I want to empower you to understand how your energy works and teach you the most effective strategies to navigate your life in a way that’s aligned with who you truly are.

You matter. You are worth investing in. You’re not here to play small or conform to expectations. You are here to live fully, radically, and authentically—as you were designed to be.

Jenna isherwood - llmsw

Hi all, my name is Jenna. I am a proponent of radical acceptance, and of learning to see the beauty in the ordinary of our lives as pathways toward healing. It has been through my own suffering that I found my way to this path, and through the peace that I’ve attained that I’ve felt called to guide others as they navigate this path for themselves.

Together, we’ll challenge and reframe ways of thinking and knowing, we’ll question long-held beliefs and the purposes they serve, and we’ll uncover what is truly aligned with your integrity, disburdening yourself of self-judgment and shame along the way — all in service of helping you perceive the incredible power you hold and to step into it, and to unearth your authenticity and to embrace it.

My pedagogy is healing-centered and my praxis is of reciprocity and reverence for the sacred nature of the vulnerability that this work requires of both of us. It is my intention to cultivate an environment of safety and respect, free of judgement, and full of support and compassion.

I’m here to work with anyone for whom these words resonate, who feels drawn toward this path, and who feels ready and motivated to commit to doing the necessary work involved. If this sounds like you, then I invite you to join me - and know I whole-heartedly look forward to walking alongside you on your journey of self-discovery and peace.
