Do you know who you really are? It’s a question that I struggled with for a long time. I knew what I liked, what roles I played, and what I wanted to step into, but beyond that, who was I really? This question sparked in me a deep need for discovery—a quest that was not only therapeutic but also physical, challenging, and deeply confronting.
I’ve always been drawn to therapy—not just because of the work I do, but because of the transformative experience of being in a space where I can take off my mask, show up as I truly am, and explore what’s weighing on my heart. I’ve learned that while we all have unique experiences that shape us, our emotions speak the same language. We all hurt. And in that shared vulnerability, we find connection and healing.
My journey took a profound turn when I discovered Human Design. It gave me the language to understand why I hurt the way I did, why I felt different, why I played small, and why I often felt discomfort. Learning how to read and interpret my own chart was like finally receiving the answers I’d been searching for. It became clear to me that Human Design was the missing piece in my work as a therapist. It allows me to guide you back to your truest self—empowering you to take the driver’s seat in your own life.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), and Certified Human Design Reader, I combine traditional therapeutic tools with the incredible insights of Human Design. Together, we’ll explore a personalized map of your energy and discover how to express your natural gifts at their highest potential. Human Design provides a strategy for how to best navigate your life and shows you how to honor your unique way of being, living, and making decisions.
What excites me the most about Human Design is how it empowers us to understand not just ourselves, but others. When we look at the charts of the people in our lives—family members, friends, colleagues—we begin to see them with more compassion and understanding. The same principles that help us thrive can transform the way we relate to others, deepening our connections and creating harmony in our relationships.
My purpose as your therapist is to hold a space for you to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll dive deep into your emotional body, your mind, and your spirit to understand why you hold the beliefs you do, and what might be blocking you from becoming the fullest, most authentic version of yourself. I want to empower you to understand how your energy works and teach you the most effective strategies to navigate your life in a way that’s aligned with who you truly are.
You matter. You are worth investing in. You’re not here to play small or conform to expectations. You are here to live fully, radically, and authentically—as you were designed to be.

Hi, all :)
My guiding principle is to provide a space within which you can viscerally experience the sense of safety required for healing - wherein we will build a trusting relationship founded on empathy and compassion and free from judgment - where it will be our mission to explore your depths in order to help you better understand yourself
For, it is only through deeply understanding yourself that you can reclaim your power over your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We don’t have control over what happens to us, but we do have control over how we respond - and strengthening your ability to determine your responses, is how you exercise agency in, and become a co-creator of, your life.
Together, we will work toward deepening your relationship with yourself by:
bringing to your awareness the underlying beliefs that have been informing your thoughts, feelings and behaviors - figuring out where they came from, how, at one point, they served your best interests, and examining whether these beliefs serve you still - mustering the courage to let go, when necessary, so that you can adopt alternatives based on your current needs and circumstances, as well as who you’d like to become;
unearthing your authentic self through becoming attuned to your integrity, identifying what matters to you (your values, morals, priorities), admitting your needs, and acknowledging how you operate best (the conditions and circumstances that support your highest level of functioning) - and giving yourself permission to be exactly who you are - relinquishing the exhausting effort of trying to be who you think (or who you’ve been told) you’re supposed to be, and channeling that freed up energy into activities you actually want to be doing, investing in habits that will help you better yourself - living in alignment with your inner authority;
by becoming better acquainted with your feelings (what are they? where in your body do they occur? what do they feel like? ) and learning to perceive your feelings as messengers to be listened to, learned from, processed, and released - not feared or felt beholden to, but fleeting sensations that will naturally dissipate, if you let them - all in service of empowering your ability to self-regulate and strengthening your inherent capacity to self-soothe.
This process will take us on a wide ranging journey - from uncovering old wounds and healing away their power to disrupt, to helping you to step back from the ways you’ve sought escape, distraction and numbing and to instead, step into gentle presence, to integrating each part of your life story and learning to love the entirety of yourself - toward inner peace, self-trust, and true nourishment of your mind, body, and spirit.
I primarily work with anxiety, depression, and OCD, with sub-focuses on stress management and habit changing, and a passion for self esteem and body image. I work with all ages: individuals, as well as couples and family dyads.
